An individual and an entity can submit multiple entries.

Fiction films of any theme, type, and genre

Animation
Animation films of any style (whether CG, 3D, 2D or others),
any theme, type, and genre

Documentary
Documentary films of any theme, type, and genre

The work should deliver the creator's scream from his/her soul.
The work must display sheer creativity enabled in the form of
independent short film production
